This event commemorates Upton Sinclair's defense of the Bill of Rights 83 years ago at a labor rally held at this same location. For reading the Bill of Rights, he was arrested. We will gather to remind people of the ongoing struggle of countless brave and principled men and women who've worked tirelessly for social change in their communities.
